Tom has spent 15 years working in digital and royalties in the music industry, and a wide range of roles. In 2013 he founded Metable, a metadata and asset management platform for music, working with organisations such as The British Library along with many different labels. In 2019 Tom founded Curve with the goal of creating a market leading royalty solution for the music industry, which was acquired in 2022 by Downtown Music. Through his roles in running businesses, Tom brings much passion and experience in building purpose driven organisations.
