Rob is co-founder of Notes Coffee Roasters, a thriving collection of coffee shops and bars. Rob began his hospitality journey in 2008 opening a coffee cart in a busy London market after finishing university. Having grown the business to 13 venues and a roastery, he now leads on People and Operations. For the past 2 years Rob has employed one of The People's Recovery Project community members and has watched this person grow as an individual following a long period experiencing homelessness and addiction. While this journey has not been without its challenges it has led Rob to recognise the importance of employment and purpose as part of the recovery journey and has inspired Rob to continue to support the development of TPRP in his role as trustee.
