Introducing our Co-Founder Nathan Rosier

Nathan began working with people experiencing street homelessness in 2001 as an outreach worker in Victoria, London.

Since then he has worked in outreach teams across London. In the last ten years he has contributed to the development of innovative approaches that have sought to help individuals achieve lasting positive change and build services that are founded on principles of co-development and participation with experts by experience.

Whilst Nathan's work since then has often been with individuals experiencing homelessness, or insecure housing, the focus has long since shifted towards recovery focused work ensuring people find permanent routes away from street homelessness. This work is founded on the importance of connection, belonging, finding purpose and community for individuals embarking on transformative journeys.
