I was a chaotic user, by my own admission and my using nearly lost me my life. It was hard on those I loved, but my family were there for me when I did go to treatment and now I am married and have a beautiful young daughter. I realised that I had a higher purpose and developed enough stability in my life to sustain recovery, I now find purpose and belonging in the recovery community.
